Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the services provided by Planrineeda at planrineeda.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Planrineeda regarding your access to and use of our vertical SaaS applications, custom clinic management tools, real estate trackers, and other industry-specific software solutions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site or our services and must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, particularly to stay compliant with California’s evolving digital privacy and commerce laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the site and all services provided, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics, are our proprietary property or are licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of the United States and California. For our Vertical SaaS clients, while the data you input remains your property, the underlying architecture, custom-built frameworks, and AI-driven analytical tools developed by Planrineeda remain the exclusive intellectual property of Planrineeda. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services strictly for internal business operations in accordance with the specific plan purchased.
User Representations and Account Security
By using our services, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful, accurate, and complete, and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, especially within sensitive environments like hospital management or real estate lead tracking systems. In accordance with California’s privacy standards, you agree to notify us immediately at contact@planrineeda.site if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username or account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate or violates security protocols.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Compliance
As a provider operating under California jurisdiction, Planrineeda is committed to the protection of consumer data as mandated by the CCPA and CPRA. We act as a “Service Provider” for our Vertical SaaS clients, meaning we process data solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services, such as managing educational portals or fitness trackers. We do not sell your personal information or the information of your end-users to third parties. You have the right to request access to your data, request deletion, and opt-out of certain data processing activities. Payment, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy
All services are billed on a subscription basis (Starter, Business, or Enterprise) as described in our pricing section. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by the State of California. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least thirty days before the end of the current billing period. Given the custom nature of our Vertical SaaS builds and initial setup costs, refunds are generally not provided for partial months of service; however, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis if there is a verified technical failure of the platform.
Prohibited Activities and Use of AI Tools
You may not access or use the services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, attempting to reverse engineer our AI Industry-Analyst Tool, circumventing security measures, or using our delivery fleet apps to facilitate illegal transactions. Furthermore, you agree not to use our smart portals to distribute unsolicited marketing material or “spam.” Any unauthorized use of Planrineeda’s systems or software is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your service without notice and potential legal action under California’s Computer Data Access and Fraud Act.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Planrineeda and its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profit or loss of data, arising from your use of our SaaS products. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, or claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our custom clinic or hospital management apps, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the site and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to Planrineeda shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiations for at least thirty days before initiating arbitration or court proceedings.
